Girl House is built around four core pillars that shape every program, event, workshop, and experience within the community. Together, these pillars create a balanced environment where girls can connect, express themselves, build confidence, and feel like they belong.

Core Clubs

Girl House Core Clubs are recurring weekly experiences designed to help girls build confidence, friendships, creativity, leadership, and connection in a space they genuinely look forward to being a part of. Each club blends meaningful participant-led conversations, hand-on activities, themed experiences, and community building in a way that feels modern, welcoming, and fun.

Lifestyle Programs

A wellness-focused reset space for athletes centered around balance, recovery, burnout prevention, confidence, and connection both inside and outside of sport. The Recovery Room is a drop-in space with each week featuring different reset-style experiences including mobility and stretch sessions, journaling, mindset workshops, recovery education, social connection nights, wellness activities, guest speakers, and athlete-focused conversations in a relaxed and supportive environment.

A cozy cafe drop-in space where girls can study, work on homework and projects, socialize, and recharge in a calm and supportive environment. Designed to feel productive without pressure each session offers a welcoming atmosphere with flexible study time, collaborative spaces, snacks, music, themed productivity nights, and opportunities for connection and community
