Refunds & Returns Policy

All event and workshop registrations are final sale and non-refundable. Because supplies, materials, and event preparations are arranged in advance based on registrations, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, missed events, or changes in personal schedules. If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we are happy to offer a one-time transfer to another upcoming event, subject to availability and at the discretion of Girl House Social. If Girl House cancels an event, registered guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another event.

All Bedazzling Kits, including personalized designs, are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personalized details submitted incorrectly at checkout. Each kit is carefully prepared and packaged with love. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please email us at info@girlhouse.ca within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, missing item, or refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing before shipping or local delivery. Shipping times are additional and may vary depending on your location.

All birthday party and private event bookings are final sale and non-refundable one confirmed and payment has been received. As each celebration is thoughtfully planned and prepared specifically for your booking, cancellations, changes in guest count, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify for a refund.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a one-time date change, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if changes affect venue reservations, supplies, or other arrangements.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent a celebration from taking place safely, Girl House Social will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability, at no additional rescheduling charge.
